The city has concluded another agreement on the creation of workplaces associated infrastructure, under which the investor will build an office and business building with an area of about 18,000 sq. m in the Western Administrative District of the capital. Due to the implementation of the project, 1,500 jobs will be created. The developer will receive preferences in payment for changing the type of permitted use of 4 land plots for the construction of apartment buildings that are being constructed in Rublevo-Arkhangelsk.
Under the terms of the agreement, the joint stock company specialized developer Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye intends to put the office building into operation in October 2024.
The developer will invest RUB 1.92 bn in the implementation of the project.
