The city will rent out a 131-square-meter non-residential unit in the I.P.Isakov revenue house. The building is located at Prechistenka Street 28 and is a federal cultural heritage site.
The property has a free functional purpose of use and will be rented out for 10 years. The tenant will be able to open an office, a shop or any other commercial facility allowed in the residential building.
Applications can be submitted by April 30, the auction will be held on May 7.
