The Elta Company - the developer and manufacturer of the first Russian express blood glucose meter - has received from the city a soft loan of RUB 100 m.
Elta has been operating in the market for more than 15 years. The company's products are available in almost 600 cities in Russia, and are exported to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Belarus. The company received the Technopolis Moscow SEZ resident status in 2014.
