19 industrial complexes and technoparks received a preferential land rent rate for ten years. This allowed businesses to save RUB 183 m on renting city land plots in 2020.
The preferential rental rate for city land has been available since 2016. A reduced annual rent rate is set at 0.3% of the land plot cadastral value for industrial complexes and at 0.01% for technoparks.
